ABOUT ME

Yoga was not just my refuge — it became my teacher. Through movement, breath, and Ayurveda, I found strength, balance, and clarity. These are the same tools I now offer to others.

Yoga isn’t about pushing. It’s about listening to your body, your breath, your life. That’s the yoga I teach.

My teaching is grounded in years of study, practice, and personal transformation. I believe in meeting each student where they are — with knowledge, care, and integrity.

My Story

From chronic pain to cancer recovery
I'd like to shares my personal journey through yoga and Ayurveda

People come to yoga for many different reasons. Some are guided by curiosity. Others are searching for physical healing, stress relief, or support for chronic conditions. Many arrive on the mat seeking something deeper — clarity, meaning, or spiritual connection.

My journey began with the need to heal my body. I was struggling with the symptoms of arthritis and turned to yoga as a last resort. To my surprise, it worked — gently, steadily, and profoundly.

As the physical body finds balance, something else begins to shift. A doorway opens to the deeper dimensions of yoga — breathwork, meditation, philosophy. These practices influence our inner world, changing not just how we feel, but how we see. They sharpen our awareness, soften our reactions, and help us move through life’s challenges with a greater sense of ease and resilience.

One of the greatest challenges life brought me was a diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. It could have broken me. But because of the inner work I had already done, I was able to meet this experience not only with courage, but with presence. I saw it not just as an illness, but as a teacher.

Throughout four rounds of chemotherapy, the tools of yoga, pranayama, and Ayurveda became my anchors. They helped me support my physical body and maintain inner balance during the most difficult times of my life. That chapter is now behind me. But the journey continues.

Today, my work is rooted in sharing the deep healing potential of yoga — a path that has supported me through pain, growth, and transformation. With nearly eight years of teaching experience and over a decade of practice, I continue to explore the connection between ancient wisdom and modern life. My mission is to offer yoga in a way that is intelligent, integrative, and deeply personal — because I know first-hand how powerful this path can be. I am always looking for new and exciting opportunities.
